Recently CEEDI’s recycling projects won two ministerial scientific technology awards. The project on developing the copper recycling industry chain based on waster copper and waste electrical and electronics product won 1^st Scientific Technology Prize awarded by China Association of Circular Economy and the other on the chain development and engineering practice of copper recycling industry based on electronics wastes won 3^rd progress prize in scientific technology awarded by Chinese Institute of Electronics.

CEEDI spends 6 years in the completion of the resource recycling project of Daye Nonferrous Metals Group Holdings Co., Ltd. and creatively combines the three city minerals (waste car, waste electrical appliance and electronics product and waste electrical and machine). By utilizing the smelt process of raw copper, the project creates the recycling industry mode and efficiently collects the copper of 60 tons from the wastes. It has an outstanding advantage in environmental protection, reduces the demand of traditional smelt company on copper ore and establishes a new channel of comprehensive utilization of resources.
