Recently InnoSec (Zhuhai) Technology Co., Ltd. held the production report meeting for its China’s 1^st 8 inches silicon base gallium nitride production line in Zhuhai. CEEDI’s duputy geneneral manager was invited to attend the meeting.

InnoSec (Zhuhai) is a semiconductor enterprise established jointly by Innoscience Group Inc., Zhuhai High-tech Ventures, etc. in December 2015. Undertaken by CEEDI, Phase I of the project is located in Zhuhai High-tech Zone with a total investment of 1.09 billion RMB Yuan.

Now it has completed China’s 1^st 8 inches silicon base gallium nitride wafer and power device production line. The main products include 8-inch silicon base gallium nitride wafer and 100V-650V gallium nitride power devices. The design and performance of the products have reached the most advanced level in the world and will be widely used in power, electronics, new energy, electric vehicle, information and communications and intelligent industries.
