2014 National Science and Technology Award Conference was held in the Great Hall of the People recently. “Research and Application of Industry Engineering Vibration Control Key Technology”, jointly completed by CEEDI and SINOMACH (China National Machinery Industry Corporation), is awarded the second prize of “National Science and Technology progress Award” in Civil Engineering Group.
The Industry Engineering Vibration Control Key Technology is based on the comprehensive technology with multiple specialized fields of civil engineering and guarantees the regular operation of industrial equipments. In this project, CEEDI focuses on precision equipment vibration control territory, and uses fast parsing algorithm of micro-vibration transmission function similarity ratio, self-correcting model and intelligent optimizing dynamic configuration methods etc. for the first time in China and builds DOF decoupling of micro-vibration control system, vibration control design method with stable low frequency modal distribution, and integrated control technology of complex vibration system. In the research, the low frequency and micro-amplitude high performance vibration control device is invented and the packaged technique of precision equipment vibration control is developed. This technology is the key factor for the prize winning.
This research approaches advanced international technical standard. And the achievement has been successfully applied in dozen of national key technology projects in many industries, such as aeronautics and astronautics, national defense, electronic information and precision machining etc.
