A+E Design, a subsidiary of CEEDI, jointly wins the bid for the concept design for Campus Phase II Project of South University of Science and Technology of China (SUSTC) with Baumschlager Eberle Hong Kong Limited.

SUSTC is located in the east of University Town of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. It covers an area of 50,000m² with a total floor area of 120,000m². Shenzhen University and Science Park is to the south of SUSTC campus and the Longhua central district is close to the northeast. The campus is 20 minutes drive from Central district of Futian. It is one of the key projects within the Nanshan Dashahe Innovation Corridor in Shenzhen.
