A+E Design, a subsidiary of CEEDI, won the design bid of Tellus International Gem Plaza (Phase I), which covers an area of 6000 m² with total floor area of 75,000 m². The floor space ratio is 9.93 and the limit on building height is 100 m. Its design adopts “Double L” structure in order to reduce space pressure.

This project is a sub-project of Tellus Gem Gold Jewelry Industrial Park, which is located in the central area of Luohu district, Shenzhen. After completion, it will feature gold jewelry industry with other supporting functions, such as exhibition, R & D, design, headquarters management and operation, tourism & leisure and shopping etc.
